Crop around the clock if you like, keeping your supplies set up the entire time!
REGULAR Fee Includes: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6' table space in the cropping room; hotel stay for Thurs, Friday and Saturday nights based on 2 per room;Continental breakfast daily, dinner on Friday evening, lunch on Saturday.
NOTE: Early entry Wed pm $25 to unload/scrap as time permits.
Access to on site vendors, and prizes, including 3 grand prizes.
NON Refundable Deposit ONLY $50.00 each weekend will reserve your spot and will need to be paid in full by 12/1/2023 or you may lose your spot. Also there is a $25 late fee (no exceptions)
RATES:
(Thurs-Sun) $350 pp double occupancy IN FULL ($375 after Dec 1st, 2023) NOTE: If sharing a room both people must pay for Thurs-Sun option no exceptions. (per person)
(Thurs-Sun) $475 Single Occupancy IN FULL ($500 after Dec 1st, 2023)
